We recommended that you undergo Manipulation Under Anesthesia to assist in reducing your pain and lack of range of motion. Before you can undergo this procedure, you must receive medical clearance from your primary care physician. Please call them to arrange the following pre-op testing. Instruct the office staff to fax the results of this screening to our office as soon as possible. Once you have been cleared for the procedure we will schedule you at the surgery center.
 

1. Medical history exam with detailed dictated report.
2. Blood-work
              a. CBC (14)
              b. CBC w Diff w Platelets
              c. PT & PTT Activated
              d. Magnesium
              e. Urinalysis
              f. HGC-urine on all females
3. EKG
4. Routine Chest X-ray
5. MRI’s of regions for MUA – not older than 1 year without surgery.   
    Must have new MRI of post surgery region.
